This means that for every meal and snack served, 30% of it will be comprised of lean vegetarian protein, 40% of whole wheat, low-carb or fresh, low-glycemic carbohydrates, and 30% of heart healthy, monounsaturated fat. This popular diet keeps blood sugar stable and promotes a wide range of health benefits, but is best known for weight loss – on average, people lose up to 25 pounds in only three months!

Sunfare Vegetarian meals are available on a weekly or monthly basis. They are delivered to your doorstep by 7:00 a.m. daily in an insulated, safety sealed cooler.
